Emergency: Customer or employees’ safety, food and/or product integrity or a potential significant loss of product or sales may occur if the request isn’t resolved in a timely manner. An ESI Express representative will respond within (4) hours of receipt of the request. Full resolution to the emergency situation will be made within 24 hours of the original notification.

Urgent: When a facility or system is able to function and does not endanger the safety of the customers’ or employees’ safety but requires repair work. An ESI Express representative will respond within one business day and the issue will be resolved within (2) business days.

Non-Emergency: Non-Emergency requests must be completed within (1) week (5 business days) after notification.

Planned: The schedule for a Planned request will be determined by an ESI Express representative and the client. Planned request include remodels, tenant improvements, new construction, etc.
